What are your opening hours?
Our published hours are 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Sunday. Please contact the team to confirm holiday hours or arrangements close to closing.
How do I reserve a table?
Use Request a table to select your preferred date, time and group size. The café team confirms reservations on WhatsApp. Sending a request does not by itself confirm a booking.
Where can I see the menu and current prices?
Open Explore the menu for our coffee, pizzas, burgers, pasta and desserts. Check the current item description and price before ordering, and ask the team about availability.
Can you help with food allergies or dietary requirements?
Please contact the café team before ordering. A short menu description cannot confirm preparation methods, substitutions or the risk of cross-contact.
Do I need an account just to browse?
You can browse the menu, café information and visit guides without signing in. Account features such as your wallet and order history require login.
Is an email address required to create a customer account?
Email is optional for customer signup. An account without email uses a mobile login ID and password; this is not SMS verification. Providing a real email helps with email-based account recovery. Staff accounts have separate verification requirements.
How do text and QR gift cards work?
Text and QR are two formats for the same gift card. Redeeming either format uses that card once and credits its full value to the customer wallet. The other format cannot be redeemed again. Sign in and use the gift redemption option in your wallet.
What should I do if a payment or gift action shows an error?
Check your wallet, gift or payment history before trying again. If the outcome is unclear, contact the team with the relevant reference. Never send your password or payment PIN.
Can I change my cookie choices later?
Yes. Open Cookie settings at the bottom of the website to update optional preference storage and the embedded map. Required sign-in, cart and security storage remains available.
